• I/We submit this form along with a £1,000 reservation fee and Lebern Property fees as my/our commitment to complete the purchase of the stated property within 28 days of this date
• I/We accept that failure to complete within 28 days of this date will result in forfeiture of the reservation fee and 50% of LeBern Property Fee
• I/We understand that it is my/our responsibility to pay all costs and fees associated with the purchase of this property, including valuation fee, mortgage broker fee, all legal fees as well as the optional bridging fee.
• I/We understand that LeBern is not a financial advisor, estate agent, legal firm or mortgage broker and does not accept any liability for any investment decision I/We make.
• I/We understand that there are occasions when a purchase falls through no fault of LeBern and will not hold them accountable for this happening and acknowledge that in this case, a new property deal will be allocated to us or I/we will be given a full refund of the reservation deposit and 100% of LeBern Property Fee paid. I/We understand that in these circumstances any other costs incurred will be at my/our cost and LeBern Property will not be held liable for any 3rd party costs incurred.
• I /We understand that whilst information provided by LeBern is deemed accurate when provided, I/We cannot hold LeBern responsible for the accuracy of any information that they have provided to me. I/We understand that this is a legally binding document enforceable by law for both parties, and by naming, dating and submitting this form I/ We agree to be bound by the terms and conditions above.
